in december when i went home for winter break from college, i felt perfectly happy and normal. when i got home i didn't do much and we had a really long break (i've only been back at school since january 28th) so i spent a lot of time alone. in the beginning of january i started to feel really lightheaded and tired all the time, but often not able to sleep. i hoped that it was just a phase and i would get back to school and feel better, but that wasn't really the case. i still feel like i can't focus on anything.
also, i used to have no problem drinking small amounts of alcohol. now, though, i drink two beers and my head is absolutely spinning.
what could be the reason for this? i just want to feel normal again. i've been taking a daily vitamin (w/ iron) so i don't think it's anemia, but i don't really know.
any ideas?
