I'm sure it's not a blister, because it's not popping. When he tries to squeeze it it hurts a lot for him. It hurts when he walks. It has air in it. Could he have athlete's foot?

You don't say where, the bottoms I assume. It may very well be that ans you probably need a Dr. to get an RX for it but if this isn't an option get something at the pharmacy that says it kills athletes foot, try a spray and a cream. They both have their good qualities for working, he needs to get rid of the shoes, get new ones or wash them in bleach water and soak and then dry in the sun. Also, soak all socks in bleach water and dry on high heat. He can soak his feet in warm salt water and dry really well. This will cause them to feel better and give him relief plus draw out some of the impurities in his feet. Tea tree oil is good for adding to the treatment, put it on before putting on socks. He should never walk barefoot, be careful at public showers like the locker room at school, and the shower at home needs to be cleaned regularly with bleach too, others can get it . Good luck.

That is not athlete's foot. If you're sure it's not a blister then he needs to go to the doctor immediately. Where are your parents for cripes sake? It might be a massive infection. I'm shuddering.
Take care.

Sounds like warts. Tell him to stop picking, or they will spread. See a doctor soon!
