I need to know is it possible...I have been trying to get rid of my pop belly but it is not working...I just keep lossing weight...weight really isn't the prob...it is the pop belly...how can I tell if I am losing the pop belly...is there a good way to work my abs besides ablounge and abslide....Is it worth it will I ever get a flat tummy....

you need to decrease your body fat to see the results that you want in the mid-section. you need to start counting calories to make sure that you are eating enough. the body will only start to release fat stores when there is a sufficient nutrient intake.

ab training will strengthen the muscles but has no effect on fat loss in that area, you can't spot reduce.
