I've been told that you'll get thinner/firmer thighs if you run on a treadmill. IF you want muscular legs, you'll need to do some weight machines. Have you tried running up and down stairs. That will firm your butt better than running and your calfs will look great too!

I can tell you from experience that it will increase the firmness in your thighs. I simply want to thin my thighs but the treadmill is making them very firm. Doing and incline will make them even firmer. If you go to a gym and have access to an elliptical machine that would work even better. Good luck

well Jenny, yes it will. but you should also do leg squats, heel lifts and lir on your stomach and lift your legs up about 10-20 times with in a matter of time you will have the thighs butt and legs you want. these things with firm up everything and tone your lower body. But this does take time. so do these and ouy will feel great about yourself in No time at all. xo :)

Yes but it will take some time. Don't expect it to happen overnight and push through the pain barriers. Be patient and you'll see results. Try running outside every now and then to mix things up.

well it depends, youll lose some weight, but your thighs and butt will not get more firm (just smaller)

to get them firm do some leg squats and lunges

ps do them with dumbells for some resistance for better results
