can anyone answer this Q about the Pe...?

Question

inside the penis where you pee... the tube? looks red or irritating and the get little normal again, but after sex looks irritating again,
later few hours looks normal (less irritation) also looks like a black line some time.

it doesnt have pain when I pee or eyaculate
just sometime when is very red it bother me or very lite burning. do you think its a STD call trichomoniasis or something else?,

It could be trichomoniasis, or a plethora of other STDs. I would say it is definitely an STD of some sort. Please see a doctor right away. Only bad things can happen if you wait.

The penile tube you mentioned is the urethra. Usually if it is irritated in case of trauma,infection or inflammation, it appears discolored, red or dark red). In case of infection of the urethra (Urethritis) usually there's pain in urination, may or may not have discharges (whitish or bloody) may be cause by bacteria, fungus, viral or trauma. Sometimes when you ejaculate, it is also painful. My advised is have your urine check, observe if there's any discharge with accompanying painful urination. If you are sexually active, try use a protection or bacteria will cause it to be inflamed. Also seek a Urologist consult.
