I am 17 and weigh 125 I would like to weigh about 110. I exercise every day for two hours at least and run 2 miles every other day. I don't want to bulk up with a lot of exercise, and I want to become even healthier. How do I get down to 110, lose a little extra fat, and detox my body at the same time? Prom is in two months and I want to look good in my dress!

I'm a insomniac depressed, self harming (burns and cutting), and if i carry on obsessing over weight like this ill end up with an eating disorder I think about weight all the time and have made myself sick on several occasions.

At one point when I was 13 (4 years ago) i made up a lil world in my head and believed it and this world was fake so am i nuts???????????????????????????????

Ok, I'm a 24yro woman, and just recently my vagina has gotten very swollen. My boyfriend says that it sounds like Lakadikasitus. What is this??? I tried looking it up on WebMD but to no avail. It all started with uti's then my kidney hurting i had a ct scan done and they found a 2 mm kidney stone that's not what is really bothering me i have an extreme pain in my pelvic area! It feels just like period cramps but far worse. they sent me to a urologist and he said it wasn't kidney stones? I'm at my wits end i've had blood in my urine for 3 months!!!! Any suggestions?? The doctors cant figure this out i've been prescribed hydrocodone for pain i have been taking about 5, 7.5 mg a day but really do not want to ask for more as he has been prescribing this for 3 months! But what am i to do??

i have horrible blackheads, most of them reside on my nose, and some on my chin....does lemon juice really help get ride of the blackheads, if it does then how, and how should i use them?
