I am 17 and weigh 125 I would like to weigh about 110. I exercise every day for two hours at least and run 2 miles every other day. I don't want to bulk up with a lot of exercise, and I want to become even healthier. How do I get down to 110, lose a little extra fat, and detox my body at the same time? Prom is in two months and I want to look good in my dress!
