Are there any good all in one vitamins out there that will supply me with all I need throughout the day? I tried a couple but learned that they weren't any good (Men's One a Day). If there isn't a "magic" vitamin, what is a good combination to take?

Mela Vita is awesome and then add Cell WIse to it and you have a great combination that is well absorbed by the body and keeps you super healthy and full of energy.

Most multivitamins are about the same and truthfully none of them are really that good because your body cannot absorb the vitamins properly in the pill form. The best thing to do is to change your diet and try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables and legumes. You don't want to overdose on certain vitamins also, so the ones that have like 300% of the daily value you should stay away from...Water soluble vitamins will just come out when you urinate, but other vitamins can cause problems for you if you ingest too much of it.

Rather than taking manufactured vitamin tablets or pills, it's far better for your health to eat good fresh fruit and vegetables daily, and if you're a carnivore like me, plenty of dead animal flesh properly cooked!
