Iron (as Ferrous Sulfate) 1.8 mg

Phosphorus (as Bone Meal) 400 mg

Magnesium (as Magnesium Gluconate) 3.7 mg

Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 0.080 mg

Copper (as Copper Gluconate) 0.013 mg

Manganese (as Manganese Gluconate) 0.011 mg

Bone Marrow (Porcine) 15 mg

calcium, magnesium & vitamin D...taking a multi-vitamin is always good. Caltrate (available over the counter) contains calcium & magnesium. but you can always ask your local pharmacist whats best.

I take glucosamine chondroitan. There are various brands of it you could buy. My husband and I think it is the best stuff. It is made of shark cartilage and helps to rebuild your cartilage and strengthen bone. Helped my knees (years of running marathons) and my husband's back after many doctors couldn't help.
