The reason for your headache might be 1) cell phone 2) Stress
1) Cell phone- The usage of cell phone is becoming too high. The cell phone tranmits high frequency of sound waves even from a very long distance. This high frequency can damage the cells in the brain and cause headache. If neglected this sever headache can cause brain tumour.Best way is to reduce cell usage.
2) Being a computer professional you face lot of stress sitting before the computer. You strain your eye which gives you headache. Better releax for every hour.

Home Remedy for Headache
Who hasn't got an headache in their lives? We've all had them -- in fact, it is one of our most common affliction.
It ranges from a hard-day-at-work headache to let-me-bang-my-head-to-the-wall type. Normally an aspirin is all it takes to ease the pain, but if you suffer from repeated headache and the pain is confined to only one side of the face we advise you to see a doctor. At the same time, if your headache causes weakness, changes in vision or make you feel numb, you may also want to do the same ? immediately. The reason is simple ? severe headache could be due to medical disorders. For example headache of glaucoma, if left untreated could lead to blindness.
If you only have headache once in a while, read on. These home remedies may help.
Darkness an Ally
To alleviate the pain, rest in a darkened room. So, go to your bed, draw down the curtains, turn off the lights and try to relax. For others, looking at bright things could also give a headache. If you fall under this category, buy a pair of dark sunglass for outdoor activities and try to use tinted glass for your computers.
Try Ice
While you are in the room, try ice compress to the base of your head. You could also apply a pack of ice to your forehead while having a footbath. It is an effective way to abort an attack. Just make sure you try these water therapies as soon as possible after the attack.
Cut Down Caffeine, Alcohol
Some alcohols contain tyramine, a type of amino acid that stimulate headache. Thus, you're prone to a headache or migraine attack if you are a heavy drinker. So, cut down the amount consumed.
At the same time, caffeine could also create the same effect. It would increase muscle tension, anxiety level and would make it difficult for you to sleep ? things that would bring headache later on.
(However, an interesting thing about coffee is its ability to relieve chronic migraine. It is able to constrict blood vessels and is used to help relieve certain type of headache like migraine.)
Relax, Meditate
Most headaches are not some kind of health problem but are caused by emotional disorder like worry, anxiety, overwork or stress. If you are in those situations, you need to learn how to relax or meditate. Take a yoga class for example. Deep breathing could also help you to relax and make you feel calm. Remember, almost 95% of all people seeking medical help for headache actually suffer from tension headache ? one caused by emotion and stress, and not due to poor health.
Check Sleep Pattern
Tension headache are often associated with poor sleep and persistent tension in the muscles of the neck, shoulders and forehead. So make sure that you have the habit of going to bed and getting up at regular time everyday. Changes in sleep pattern could be one of the reasons why you have headache.
