Hey! Do u know any meals that I could eat to lose ten pounds by May.????

Portion control by using a smaller plate and eating things as close to their natural state as possible. Eat whole grain breads, cereals and snacks. Also the portion of broiled, baked or grilled meat should be no bigger than your palm. That is a serving. Eat three meals and three snacks a day. Eat raw veggies like carrot sticks and dip, apples and caramel dip or p. butter. Celery and p. butter. Small handfuls of nuts which have good oils in them and are satisfying. Raisins which have iron and fiber. Fiber is a great thing to look for in all the foods you shop for, look for the most fiber, it fills you up and keeps the plumbing working. You success starts at the store. Shop to be fit. Prepare foods in small portions to grab so other fast foods aren't tempting. Clean, dice and put in containers. Cook soups and other foods in large quantities to freeze and have on hand to eat instead of eating out or fast food. Then make sure to have healthy snacks to fill in between meals. This is important. No soda, it is addicting and causes you to crave more soda. Drink water, juice and tea and low or nonfat milk. Yogurt , cheese and cottage cheese is good in small portions and have canned fruit in own juice on hand to stop cravings for sweets. All of this preparation will help you to succeed. Take a good vitamin, mineral supplement also. If you feed the body well it will have energy and you can use the energy by doing things like walking running, playing games or any other sport or activity you enjoy doing to keep the muscles in shape. really eat fruit, veggatables and grain not alot of meat and excersize not only will it go off it will stay off
