My 2nd child is 8 years old and I have knee problems. I want to know whether Skipping put pressure on knees or damages.

Yes. Skipping will put pressure on your knees. Whether its good for you or not depends on how bad your knees are. Stretching is very important and walking may be more than fine if you have problems. If it hurts when you do it then it probably isnt very good for you. If it continues you may want to see a dr. for it.
They say no pain, no gain - well, heres another - refrain if pain is not maintained. - meaning if you continually have pain that does not get better then you may need to try something else.

in a growing child that is fine it streagthens bones and helps with growth. i wouldnt reccomend this for someone with knee problems. swimming would be a good option for you
