My Mother has jsut been diagnosed with breast cancer which was detected on a ruotine mammogram - I am 26 and worried about the genetic links with this? do you kow at what age I can have a mammogram?

Every time I wake in the morning I keep on sneezing. Sometimes I sneeze a hard particle from my mouth and when I smell it smells bad. Is it also the reason why some says I have a bad breath? Please help what causes this or is it a symptom of a disease?

I get staticy vision, afterimages, glare, halos, starburst, smoky vision behind my closed eyes, a scotoma tyoe thing, a horizontal line accross my vision in the dark.

eye check - no problem
mri- clear
blood work - clear
heart - fine

Everytime I try doing any type of cardio or leg exercise, afterward is the worst pain. Before this knee problem I used exercise daily, and I miss it. Anyone please help me and also how to relieve the pain.

hey i need help.i had one night sex with someone,then later he told me he has pimples on his penies,he think thats herpes,he siad migh got from me,he used condom with a girl two monthes ago befor me,and 6 monthes ago,he never had sex without condom,but with me he didnt use for a while,

Hi Everyone. I am having a Laparoscopy done this week. I have had laparoscopies before but I wanted to know if anyone has had a reg. lap as well as one where they had ovarian cysts removed. Will I be in more pain and more sore than normal after ovarian cysts are removed or will it be the same discomfort as before?

I don't even know what to do. It's so bad sometimes at night I even have to get my boyfriend to walk me to the bathroom and wait outside the door while I use the toilet or if I have the courage to go alone, my heart races and I start thinking about monsters and being swallowed up by the dark and that I'll disappear into some mirrored reality. I mean, obviously, that's just my imagination, but that doesn't mean it's easy to calm down! It's worse at night, but even sometimes during the day I think about monsters and have to continuously tell myself, "it's just my imagination, it's just my imagination." Sometimes I even have to ask anothers opinion on reality! What can I do on my own to get over this? Most nights, I feel like I'm 6 years old.

I go to the gym about 4 times a week and do a good cardio workout and have also started to do some weight lifting and started to use machines to tone thighs and calves. But the thing is that even though my calves are getting hard, they're still pretty 'thick'. Should I stop the toning so I don't build any more muscle and start it after i've lost the extra fat?
Any suggestions on how to lose the fat on my calves?
I know u can't spot reduce but there must be stuff that I can do that aids it? Help please!!
