now iam of 22yrs, after my delivery i started feeding to my child and i stopped after 1yr ,then i suffered frm pain nd due to that i used milk controlling tablets ,frm that time my breast has been gradually decreasing now my breast size has became half&down,i cannot share my feelings with others or i cant use any creams so i seek a house hold remedy!

breast feeding is the best way to keep your breasts in proper shape, size and health... you stopped the lactation system by medication... that resulted in reduction of their size...
if your child is still small you can consult your doctor and reactivate lactation... and if by God's grace milk starts generating do feed your child as long as possible and until the lactation stops by itself...
in case of pain in breasts due to over accumulation of milk... you should use the milk extractor and suck out the milk... the pain will be relieved...
anyways, if nothing happens this time... every thing will come to normal after the next delivery...

rub between your breast at least once a day..they will start to grow..
any rubbing and friction will cause stimulation and this causes blood to go to that area.
if you can get a man to suck them..or you can buy a machine in a good ladies health magazine that will increase the circulation and develop this area.
There are meds too that you can take but you need medical prescription.
Be glad as a lot of women have to have breast reduction and that is a problem with their backs hurting all the time too.

The only thing I can recommend is talking to your dr. Pls try not to be embarrassed about going. They are used to dealing with this kind of stuff. A very good dr will be very understanding about this.
