I would like to achieve some tonage in all areas of my body and not just any specific area because I don't want to become too muscular in any area.

What kind of 3-day or weekly or whatever workout plan would you recommend for this? Also, I don't want to buy any expensive equipment. Exercises that are aerobic and slightly increase muscle mass are best.

Muscles I would like to work out:
Triceps, biceps, delts, lats, thighs (whatever that is...quads I think?) abs, pecs, etc. You get the idea I hope.

Provide web site if possible.
Does bleeding ALWAYS occur when the hymen is broke (popped cherry)?

I say no...not every girl bleeds and that a hymen can be broke from an accident or tampon insertion, not only from intercourse.

I'd like to know what excuses people come up with for not sticking with a diet or why they don't feel they can diet? Short simple answers please.

I am not constipated or anything but you hear about all the negatives of your GI tract being blocked up and I want to take something that is cheap and easy and will clean me out. I don't want to use ex-lax unless someone says its the best, Thanks.

My sister has had three asthma attacks well supposedly in a week. The thing is she's never in her life had asthma, she has been sick with a cold. Do you guys think that what they were is Breathing Attacks? Her doctors aren't very educated so, they wouldn't know. But is there even a such thing as Breathing Attacks? And do you think she has asthma? Or was it just cold in her chest?

hey i still suck my thumb. please be kind- does anyone know how to stop??? i've tried painting that gross stuff on my thumb, putting a sock or glove over my hand, and sleeping on my hand. i just end up sucking it anyway during the night. it really comforts me but i have to stop. i compare this addiction to smoking because my thumb is attached to me and my body has learned to automatically make me do this, subconciously. thank you!

I had the flu last week. I had coughing and sore throat. I don't have coughing or the sore throat anymore but if I talk for a minute or 2 I lose my voice. I need to talk for my job and I have a show to do. Is there anyway I can get my voice back or at least talk longer than 2 minutes before it dissappears.

We all know that we are supposed to drink an abundance of water every day and that doing so will keep you healthy. I totally agree with that!

However - When it comes to your daily intake, do flavored waters like Propel count? What about mixes that are "free" of calories, etc, like Crystal Light?
