You can't just lose weight from specific places. It will usually come off evenly from all over, although it will probably seem as though you are losing from the smallest areas first and the very areas you want to lose the weight, the fat seem to come off last!
I don't think you really need to lose weight, what is your body fat percentage? If you have to do this, then plesae don't lose more than a couple of inches, or you will have non-existant hips.
Don't you think if it was that easy to obtain measurements of 36-24-36 just be diet and exercise, we would all be walking around with them!
Take care : )

When you lose weight, you cannot decide or focus on an area of where the weight will be lost. So, you won't be able to lose a specific amount in that specific area. That's just how our body works. I'm sure that you'll lose the weight/inches, but you may lose more or less in that specific area. The best way to lose weight is the "old fashion" way.......exercise and watch your eating habits. The best (and quickest way) of losing the weight is exercising 4 to 5 days a week, for AT LEAST 30 minutes. Eating....the main thing is to just properly portioning your meals. If you're going to calorie count, just make sure you consume less than 1,200 calories. That will be enough calories to have your body function properly, but also to where you're body will consume/use those "extra calories" already stored in your body. If you want more information, contact me.
Also, do not go on those over the counter diet pills.......they may work for the short run, but later you will see that you will pack the weight back A LOT easier than before.

I think those measurements are great. Even the waist is nice, although a little large for a woman, but it's nice to have a pouch. If I were you, I wouldn't lose a thing but if you want to lose, you have to do cardio. Situps and crunches will make your muscles bigger, but they'll still be under the fat.
