its like once i get rid of one or more than one and they start to die down, more come again! this happens once a month or so... is it my age (14)? if so when will this stop? and are there any ways i can stop this happening? im using face washes/cleansers etc like 3-4 times a day im just fed up of it please help!

Unfortunately, yes, it does have alot to do with your age and having menstrual cycles. I have recently learned of a vitamin that has helped my daughters with a very rare skin condition and it helped so well I got my neice to try it. It seems to be working for her. I told her to take it for 3 or 4 weeks and see if it has made a big difference. I have taken my girls to a dermatologist for years for their skin condition ( mostly on their arms) They have been using Tazorac- an acne cream that makes the skin turn red and seemingly raw before it partially clears them up. But, I tried Biotin (from Wal-Mart) to try to get their hair to grow better and it ended up clearing up their skin condition. Biotin is very inexpensive (less than $5.00) but get the plain one not the one that says for hair, skin and nails. Good luck and hope this works for you as it did for my daughters.
