I am not constipated or anything but you hear about all the negatives of your GI tract being blocked up and I want to take something that is cheap and easy and will clean me out. I don't want to use ex-lax unless someone says its the best, Thanks.

"you hear about all the negatives of your GI tract being blocked up"
That is all a load of rubbish. You do NOT build up gunk in your GI tract. That is a complete MYTH, made up by the people who want to sell you something to "fix" it. Your colon cleans itself and does NOT need any help. Don't listen to the bullsh!tters who would tell you otherwise.

A good way is to eat like 3 bowls of raisen bran cereal. It will flush you out. Also you can go to GNC and buy the "colon cleanser" they have. Its pure fiber. Make sure once you do this to also take acidopholis to repopulate your intestines with friendly bacteria.

Colonix. My roommate has tried it and effectively cleansed her colon of toxin, parasites, etc. The treatment takes 6 weeks, and be prepared for some stomach discomforts once in a while.

Natural cleansing is the way to go. Prune juice and bran cereals will do the job just as effectively as anything.
