I've heard drinking a lot of coconut milk will help people lose weight, but you have to drink it twice a day (probably one coconut per day would work) and you'll lose weight.....

Your insides will also just about liquefy during the process, will clean out your intestines and keep most fat in foods from getting into your arteries and veins. It's probably not the most comfortable of dieting techniques, but I've heard it works.
