I am not that active. I am 5'9'' and I weigh 300 pounds, I need some at home exercises that a 15 year old kid can do. And plus it is winter time out. and i have no money for the gym.

I began digging myself a hole where i only hated life, myself & ppl, but as I grew older I began drinking 2 escape, weekend were looked 4ward 2 only 2 wait 4 that first drink & get trashed 2 throw life away. Beginning & introducing drugs in2 my life only caues more problems then started w/. Having my addictions take part of me I began failing at work, school, disrupting my family, hurting my loved ones, & killing myself, which was the only part I enjoyed doing. Knowing how unresponsible & unreliable ive become at work, im afraid of being fired. Not completing highschool & not having motivation will only hold me back in applying 4 colleges. Affecting my family beginning 2 cause them on giving up & throwing me out, im worried if happened i may hurt myself more 2 the point of death. Knowing the hell ive put myself in2 & how must it will take 2 get my life back, i dont want my life for i want death instead.

i used to have really nice smooth wavy hair and then i started using Bedhead and styling my hair. Since last year though when cut it off, it grew back all fuzzy and short and its not growing much. it's limp when its wet and fuzzy when its dry. it looks horrible especially since i used to have a ton of hair. pretty embarassing for a guy my age.furthermore, my scalp becomes irritated easily now (a bit itchy) and all this never used to happen. so uh....help?...please? lol

i recently got my braces of and got a retainer and new my breathe always smells bad:( anywho i brush my retainer as much as i can but i cant when i go to school so how do i stop this, it usually smells bad after i eat something, or when i wake up in the morning.

it all started when my cousin died. my dr gave me an rx of ambien. at first it just made me feel drugged up and i did like that feeling but then it started making me tired. that stopped working so my dr gave me restoril that did not work at all. then another dr gave me ambien cr. which still also does not work. i have tried ever over the counter medication there is. night quill being one of my favorites. until it also stopped working. im so scared that i will accidently od one day. i'm not a bad person, i do not do illegial drugs and i think that i am a good mom. i just have these problemos sleeping at night. i am scared to be but in a home. what should i do. im scared that theses pills are taking control over my life. i need help!!! please any suggestions. so for tonight i have taking 1 ambian cr, 2 ambian, 4 tablespoons of night quill and a soma HELP me. i know i am diging myself deeper in my grave.

My son is 10 years old, and up until the last few months has had 20/20 vision, he started complaining of headaches, not able to see well. Today at his eye doctor appt the doctor said that though further testing has to be done, but that he is pretty sure that he has glaucoma. He said that his optic nerve in one eye is 55% larger and in the other eye it's 65% larger. He's had several exams in the past, this is the first that a problem has been seen. Could this really be glaucoma, is there anything else that it could be?? I would really appreciate some input! Thank You!!!!

Sometimes I do because you wouldn't experience problems like carpal tunnel syndrome.

Sometimes I feel otherwise because you need muscles to move.

What have you done when your parents have found out about your cutting...Mine just found out and they took my razor blades, knives, safety pins, and everything else sharp away from me...I need to cut but they wont even leave me alone in a room for more than 30 seconds...ANY ADVICE???

I suffer with severe leg cramps, especially upon awakening. I need to find some relief because I am afraid to go to sleep for the last four days. They are like super charlie horses that last for ever it seems.I scream and cry like a baby, it's really embarrassing, but I have a great family who tries to help me with massages.

I'm sixteen years old (17 this June), don't have any medical problems that I know of, I'm not on any medication, and I'm not under a lot of stress or anything like that.

I'm not sure how long ago, but I noticed that a lot of my hair ends up in the shower drain. Like, a lot. I used to dye my hair a lot, so I stopped to see if it would help. I have roots longer then an inch now, and I'm still loosing a lot of hair. I checked out the back of my head in a mirror, and in some places if my hair shifts there'll be small patches of hairless skin. I've considered that it could be genetic. My mother's hair is thinning, but she's also going through menopause. Her own mother still has a full head of hair.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? Short of going to a doctor (if this persists, I will go to one), are there any accommodating signs that warm of a sickness that I could look for?

I understand the prohibition against it demands that virtually ANYONE who uses it becomes a criminal, even if otherwise the herb consumers are a law abiding citizens, respect the law and it's enforcers, and understand the need for authority. I don't personally identify with the idea of "Religion" but I was raised Free Will Baptist and I have made a genuine study of Christianity and the Bible in it's many available versions since I was a teenager. The very first 5 books of the Old Testament are ancient books not only used by Christians but Muslims and Jews as well. The Creator, asserted themselves (read it for your self if you doubt), to man #1 and woman #1, that they were being gifted all the animals and seed bearing plants to assist them to provide for their needs. Only ONE exception was made and I dont think anyone has ever suggested that the Tree of Knowledge was a marijuana plant. I only know I suffer far less in body, mind and soul when I use it. Why do folks think its so bad?

I've been psychiatrists, and psychologists....and I'm sorry, but talking about it doesn't make it better. To be honest it only seems to make it worse. I have some severe anxiety. Most of the time its bad enought that I don't even want to leave the house. I even have a hard time going to school, and as for a job, forget it! I've tried St. Johns wort, and Kava-Kava, but had no help. Does anyone know of anything, or something that has worked for them. I don't want something that I have to take all the time, just when I need it.
