you should weigh mor than that at least 125 thats a healthy weight for your height, honey your not healthy at 67lbs

ok, if you meant that you weigh 165 and just forgot the one, then a good way to lose some weight is to reduce the calorie intake and to exercise more. if however you actually did mean just 65 pounds, then you are on the verge of death and should seek medical counsil immediately.

youre going to get a lot of "diet and exercise" answers and then a lot of spam for hoodia products.

watch what you put in your mouth and take the fat off everything, and drink plenty of water, and walk for at least half an hour each and every day after all it is what you put in that makes fat so keep exercising, walking is the best.
