Keep working on them. Whe the muscle underneath the fat begins to firm and build, for a period of it pushes the fat closer to the skin. As you excercise they will decrease as well and the fat on the rest of your body. Remember, spot training does not work! You need to work out every part of your body for effective weight loss. As to your 'man boob' problem, make sure you wear layers, at least an undershirt and a shirt. The same goes for my younger brother (super skinny and wants fat) it just makes clothes look better. You're also only 15 so with regular excersice, a healthy diet and your hormones chillin out when you get older, you'll be fine!

It would depend on how tall you are, but 165 lbs. is not overweight at all for most normal adult heights. Most guys don't get real manboobs until they're upwards of 350-400 lbs, or unless they're using hormones.

If you want to sculpt your chest, the bench press is not a bad way to do it, but if you're not comfortable with the results, I'd recommend working the areas around your chest, including your abs and lats and back. Do flies and military presses, and resistance crunches, and you'll see other areas start to bulk up, which will compensate for your chest.

Good luck to you, and good health!

buddy, you gotta lose weight. Run 4 miles, 5 times a week and eat less. And keep lifting. Boobs B Gone!

plus, at 15 you probably have some hormone issues to clear up, so the manboobs might disappear eventually on their own.

Manboobs are brought about by utilising too a lot estrogen interior the male physique. you could keep away from it by utilising no longer ingesting a great variety of milk or something dairy-derived. of direction with cheese and ice-cream that is a lot greater durable to get the estrogen from, that is especially milk that reasons it.

My nephew has the same issues and he's very athletic, football, baseball, etc... Stay active, watch what you eat, drink water (really that is so important), and since you are obviously trying to do something about it just give it some time, and keep your sense of humor. I know with my nephew he will try to joke about it before his buddies have a chance to tease him. Believe me we all have something about our bodies that we would love to change (ok so maybe their are some perfect people out there, I just haven't met many of them). Good Luck bud!!

Just lose weight generally and they should decrease as well. I had GIGANTIC boobs and I hated them but I lost some weight and now my boobs are good-sized and not too huge. They're still big though but that's just genes. Maybe you have bad genes? Does any male members in your family have man-boobs? If they do, then that's bad...

Good luck anyways- I'm sure you're pretty cute as hell with them! I wouldn't care if a guy had man-boobs if he joked around about them and wasn't so touchy...confidence is a huge turn-on. Just be youself and don't let them get to you! And good luck again!

You may think this is wierd or even cruel, but I promise I am not trying to be. I knew a guy who had this problem once and the only solution was to get a breast reduction. Yes this is a procedure that is done more often on men than you might think. HOWEVER. You are only 15, give yourself a little time.

Creotine (spell check lol) should help. Try running. Eating lots of protein not so much carbs. Excersize, not just weight training. Weight lifting doesnt burn fat it builds muscle. Good luck. Run or swim. :)
