im going to high school this year and im really freaked out about it cuz im over weight ....and i really would like to lose it and shock everyone that said that i cant lose it so PLZ help me!!!!!!!

To late. Your in high school so say Please, not plz,. You will be made fun of, ostracized, beat up, and called names for the next 4 years. Enjoy them, they will be with you forever.

High school is going to suck no matter how skinny/pretty/smart/funny you are. If being thinner will make you more confident, go for it. Try writing down everything you eat for a whole week. Don't cheat. if you eat it write it down. After the week is up, look at your list... Youll probably notice a few things that are less than desirable. Omit at least half from your diet. Try and get at least 30 min a day of physical activity a day. A thirty min walk at a BRISK pace can burn as much as 200 calories... You have to burn more than you take in to lose the weight, trust me I know... It will be an uphill battle, one that you will want to say 'screw it I want that tub of ice cream' to at least once a day, but just remember, some of the things that make us the happiest can be the hardest to obtain.

you really shouldn't worry about what other people think, but if you really want to lose weight you need to drink water and fruit juices and not drink sodas. also eat a lot of veggies and fruit not much carbs and no junk food especially fast food. and exercise. if that doesn't help you then you can go to the doctor and ask him to put you on prescription diet pills if you are overweight for your age and height. other than that just don't waste time worrying about what the others think. i have a friend who has been over 300 pounds for a long time and she had a really good-looking boyfriend in high school. so if you think that guys won't like you because of your weight you are wrong. i will agree that some guys like barbie type girls but not all of them. good luck!!!

Exercise every day and try to stay in a healthy diet. Try not to eat too much food that will make you gain weight. Get involved in some sports or out door activities that you like. Walking and running every day is good exercise too and it will help in a very significant way.

Watch your diet (daily intake of food) and exercise regularly.
If you stick to this, the results will come and, even when they do come, maintain this.

You will be teased and whatever; that's just life. Just ignore those people. And be pleasant when you do it. They don't wanna mess with you once you keep it up. For instance, if you're walking through the hall with a friend and someone tries to get your attention by saying, "Hey fatty," or anything derogatory for the matter, just keep going your merry way!! It'll just force the manners out of them and you'll feel GREAT :)

You'll shock them even more.
Everyone will forget about your size.
'Cause they'll NEVER forget that SWEET PERSONALITY of yours.

sorry but theres no shock way to lose it. you will have to eat healthy and exercise at least once a day

Don't worry about your weight. Your probably over-reacting with those pre-highschool jitters. People should and will like you because of your character, not how skinny you are.

Start eating healthy and start walking. Get your family to eat healthy and that will help you. Ask your family doctor for advice.
