I need some exercises that will work and tone up my inner thighs and back fat (the place that bubbles when you wear a bra)

for about 5 yrs ive had gotten painful burning sensations throughout my body mostly scalp back chest legs when im stressed embrassed or overly warm.. blood work was normal all scans were normal, dr's unable to identify cant afford many more trips without an answer!.. male 22 yrs old slight hairloss on scalp otherwise healthy..had shingles5-6 yrs ago on rt arm have been on antidepressants and anxiety meds, but condition continues on or off meds.. no other major health issue history condition is very painful and very irritating.. has anyone ever heard of such a thing???

I just found out i had urethritis.Doctor said it was probably STD related. My girlfriend never cheated on me. I heard douching can kill the good bacteria that fight away the infection and think thats how i got it because me and my girlfriend have had unprotected for almost 2 months. I was just put on Levaquin for 10 days. I've been on it for 5 days and my girlfriend and I had sex this morning. Can tell the infection isnt gone because when I tried it from the back it hurt. Is it ok to have sex while on the antibiotics? I can tell its going away because when i irinate it doesnt hurt.

Okay so its been offically 1 month since i had my extraction and the recovery seems to be coming along great but just 2 days ago this little sharp thing popped out at the side of my gums a little below my extracted tooth slot. Its sharp and its been bothering me because its been scratching my cheeks; is this a piece of the tooth that was not removed and is coming out or is this not normal and gonna be a problem ?

I'm tired of the doctors saying it will pass. He's NOT coughing so hard to vomit. I'm not even sure if both symptoms are related. He does NOT have a virus, nobody around him is sick. He only throws once a day or every other.

I'm 16. I started puberty at the age 10 1/2. i have C cup breasts... but i have no cleavage. i hate it and i dont understand why i dont. i see all these girls with smaller breasts than me and they have cleavage
guys do you find this unnattractive?
and girls is this normal or what?

He's a fried food, meat and potatoes kind of guy. He eats NO vegetables, no matter what we cook. He just doesn't like them, but his health is suffering and he's too stubborn to change his diet. Anyone know any good ways to "hide" vegetables in food that he can't taste, or any recipes that are high in vitamins and necessary vegetable like materials without the taste?

I was told about a month ago that I had a bleeding cyst. I woke up out of a dead sleep with horrible stabbing pain and many trips to the bathroom. I was told that I need to wait about 8 weeks and then do another ultrasound to see if anything has changed. It seems like evertime my husband and I have sex that the cyst hurts really really bad, but it takes hours for it to start hurting. Is this normal with a cyst?

Ever since my wisdom teeth were pulled in May 2006 (it is now February 2007), i have never fully regained feeling in my bottom teeth.

Since they had to cut the teeth out, since they were growing into the bone, i think they cut or injured some nerves. But i was reassured that it would just take a long time for it to come back.

It's not coming back is it?

I got a fractured left leg bone(the leg I use to jump) a week ago, I had a cast and stayed at home since then. I need to stay with the cast for about 6 weeks.
I m really concerned about whether I can get back to the game of bball or soccer, and play as what I used to play. How long does it take to recover from it.

I have this problem w/ inserting a tampon, I've tried and tried every way i can but no way it will go in!!!!!!!!! I've tried no applicator kind and i've also tried cardboard applicators.... do u think it would make it any easier to use a plastic applicator?

Ive been sick for the past three days( influenza type A) and i havent eaten much of anything. Im having abdominal cramping and when i cough too hard i bleed a little, im also 26 weeks pregnant,my concern is that i havent had a bowel movement in this time but when i just went to the bathroom to go poo all that came out was white frothy stuff. i get too hot when i go to sleep(i like to be really cold),but im too scared to sleep without a blanket because my place is haunted,and the ghosts do wierd things at night which scares me alot,does anybody know how i can avoid being scared?
