I'm 16. I started puberty at the age 10 1/2. i have C cup breasts... but i have no cleavage. i hate it and i dont understand why i dont. i see all these girls with smaller breasts than me and they have cleavage
guys do you find this unnattractive?
and girls is this normal or what?
i think my breasts are done growing right?

The other girls are probably wearing push up and/or padded bras. You can try doing chest exercises like press ups, push ups and other weight exercises- this will increase and lift your chest muscles and should lift your breasts higher.
You probably aren't done growing, when I was 16 I had 34DD breasts and now I am 21 and have 34 G breasts and I have stayed the same weight since then, they just kept growing.
It is normal for you to not have cleavage, I have always had really perky breasts with a lot of cleavage but some of my friends have no cleavage at all. It just depends on exactly how your breasts are positioned on your chest.

Usually breast growth does not stop untill age 21, give it some more time. As for other girls with cleavage, more than likely using push up bra's to enhance cleavage.
I find girls/women showing lots of cleavage to be a turn off

They are wearing push up bras honey. That's all there is to it, and probably wearing lower cut shirts than you are. You can get one anywhere and they aren't that expensive. This will solve your problem.

Go to Victoria's Secret and get fitted for a hot bra.

Its probabley that these girls are wearing extreme push-up bras maybe you could invest in one
