To get the flexibility it takes alot of work, diet right, not crash diets or here and there but really make a change. The answers you got about dancing alot is really true. Mostly if you are ready to do the work, you can achieve the dancer body. Running helps alot as well as general workouts, do alot of cardio. To push the flexibility see how far you can go and try to go a little farther every week, it takes time though.

simple- dance
although most people think that ballet, and dance are just some simple easy girly things, they are probably the hardest things you could do. Ballet works every muscle of your body, making it incredably toned. I have been dancing since i was 3, so it's just natural, but if you sign up for some beginning dance/ballet classes, you can get a "dancers body" in no time.... okay maybe a few years....?

She was a dancer since she was little, and only really started up in the "business" now. But I'm sure she got it through hard work and dedication. Start by doing pilates and work your way into dancing videos/classes.

Well you can try dancing, seemed to have worked for them, also a good exercise and eating/diet would help bring you along. I would suggest if you really want to have a great body, seek a nutritional specialist, and a personal trainer.
