I need some exercises that will work and tone up my inner thighs and back fat (the place that bubbles when you wear a bra)

Everywhere I've read they say to slim down inner thighs you need to boost metabolism by doing circuit training--cardio, weights, stretch, back to cardio, weights, stretch...etc that'll boost your metabolism and help burn fat all over.
You don't particularly want to "work" the inner thighs or it'll just make them bigger (the muscle anyway).

Push-ups will help your back

for your thighs, do leg lifts or if you can afford one, get a thigh master. I know they are old but they work really well.
