Hi,
I was wondering if nutrition or certain diets can set off chemical imbalances in people? Or, if chemical imbalances, can be treated with a different diet approach.

Thanks,

Alex

Let's take anorexics as example. Eating disorders sneak up on people and starts with skipping lunching and breakfast. At some point, their mental function slows down so much, it almost becomes childlike and they can't make irrational decisions. Anorexic guys have a decrease in testosterone production.

I personally think diet is very important in mental health and physical health. I don't think it cures some mental illness, but I really do believe lack of good food variety of food contributes to mental illness. And a good meal laughing with friends and family is always good for your well being.

You should look to a vitamin and mineral supplement. There are some very good liquid supplements; this will ensure that you get proper quantities and mixtures of minerals.
