Anything, after awhile you acclimate to it. Have you tried a nasal lavage? A pinch of salt in 1/2 cup warm water, sniff it up your nose (with your head over the sink) I have done it a few times. It opens everything up! Non toxic, you can do it every hour if you need to. Get a cool mist humidifier, and add a pint of hydrogen peroxide to the gallon tank. run that at night while you sleep.

Just increase your water intake. I had bad allergies for 49 years, but now I know how to cure it. I drink approximate 2-3 gallons per day. You probably won't need as much. Just make water your main drink. Also take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before eating or whenever you are hungry. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. I have been allergy free for 2 years now. Read the water cure on the web as well as apple cider vinegar cures. Worth a try.

i do. im allergic to grass. i can sneeze at least 15 times in a row sometimes, and i will be unable to breeze.

whats gross and weird, that i found works, is smearing a little bit of vasoline on the inside of your nose. it might stop the sneezing. it does for me...since the irritants can no longer get to the receptors inside the nose.

otherwise, rolling up tissue and sticking it up your nose and breathing through your mouth helps.
