Well it's February, really cold, and i need to loose weight. Well not me an eleven year old does help!!! She weighs about 140 lbs and she is very embarrassed of her weight, what shoud she do?
please no stupid answers like: maybe she should get a tredmill or something offensive like that okay!!

im afraid it will splash in my eye and blind me or cause damage, and im afraid i won't spit it all out, and i am afraid of an allergic reaction.. i only brush my teeth about once every 2-3 weeks because its so exhausting to spend 30 minutes rensing and then rinsing my eyes after and washing it off my hands for 10 more minutes. My gums hurt and i was told a year ago im going to have gengivitus.

i have a hard lump, about 2 inches diameter, deep in the back of my neck, to the left. it's right below the base of my skull, and it aches quite badly. I'm worried it's some kind of tumor, but can't find any information on the net about it. I'm going to the doctors about it next week, but i'd really appreciate some opinions from you all to help me understand what it could be. a week's a long time when you're worried!

My temperature is usually around 96.4 when I wake up in the morning, and it goes up to around 97.8 during the day. Sometimes it goes up to 98.1 or 98.2. But by the evening, it always goes back down to around 97.2. I've been this way for as long as I can remember, and my father is the same way. However, I've been taking a blood pressure medication called Clonidine because my doctor says it helps people sleep without causing odd side effects of sleeping medicine. I don't know if this is affecting my life at all or not. I do know that my coordination is very bad and I've always been extremely bad at sports, and I'm often depressed and I'm very shy, but I don't know if this is caused by low body temperature, or more likely because of my physiological makeup. I did find a website that says it is a bad thing, but I don't know if it's true or not. If this some sort of bad condition, is there any cure for it?

I have a very irregular period, wich my doctor told me was fine because i am very athletic. but sometimes inbetween periods ill get one day where ill spot a little bit, and it will go away. is this normal or should i tell my doctor?

I don't remember dropping anything on it. I also waited until it grows back (that's what happens when you hit yourself) but it turned all black by growing, and no new healthy nail is coming from the base.

Okay 1 of my best friends has the flu and i think i got it from them. How does a fat person get so fat, if I start to gain too much weight I go on a diet and go to the gym. I've seen girl go from 5 ft 110 pounds to 5ft 210 pounds in 6 months. A guy at my work weighed 220 pounds and was 6 foot 2 inches and one year later, he weighed 380 pounds.
How do you get so fat, why would you let yourself get so obese?

I'm having a problem. I have been sexually active for many years and always been with "average" sized men. The man that I am seeing now is quite large and we're having trouble with penetration. I "felt around" in there and noticed that I have one very small abnormally tight spot. It is about 2 inches in and kinda feels like a very thin rubber band. Beyond that spot, its fine (stretchy and kind of "roomy"). Is the tight spot my hymen and is it possible to be sexually active and not have been broken? I thought the hymen was closer to the outside.
