Depends on how tall a person is, how much lean muscle mass and bone mass a person has. Sorry can't answer your question by weight only- 120 pounds on one person will look healthy, on another person, will look sickly anorexic. When I was in 10th grade, I weighed 125 pounds and was just skin and bones and no butt whatsoever-it was gross because all I had no shape at all. How old is that guy? If he's a high school kid, it will be normal to find girls under 120 pounds if they're petite in height, but that is so unrealistic when it comes to women, even in healthy women who run (the more exercise a woman gets, the more vitamins and minerals get deposited in a woman's bones which contribute to greater bone mass), so he must be dating girls that are really thin (with less bone mass) and petite in height or are of average height and have no lean muscle mass who are just skin and bones and who don't exercise? Sorry to say he just sounds too shallow for a woman to even consider dating him.

Refering to the guy you work with, well everyone has their own different tastes. I dont think anyone that weighs 120 lb is fat unless they are like 3ft. So there ya go. And to your question about fat?? Well since everyone is made different that is a tough one. And muscle weighs more than fat so even if you give a high number of pounds the person could be all muscle. Well ok I would say fat is someone whose belly reaches their ankles and becomes out of breath walking to the restroom. You cant label someone by howmuch they weigh

At 5'11 and 160 lbs. I look very good for a trim 46 year old woman that has 3 teen aged sons.
Body index is OK if you are training for the Olympics, otherwise, just keep in shape!

Fat depends on your height. Now, if a girl is 5'10" and 125 pounds, I'm pretty sure they'd be close to death. So would the guy at your work still think they were fat?
Fat is whatever you percieve it as. Me? I prefer to switch the f with a ph and say everyoneee is fat. =)

If they are 20 lbs over weight I consider them fat.It also depends on their height and body type. For a tall woman 130 lbs might still look good but a short one 110 lbs would be a healthy weight.

Fat shows around your waist and around your sitting area, as well as inside your tights.
The way to measure it is by the body-fat percentage, not by BMI or by your weight, both are nonsense, because they don't take into consideration that different individuals have different muscle and bone density, which contributes a lot to the weight.

Guys are stupid. Really I have a friend that is short and kinda bigger that weighs 140 and one that's really taller that weighs the same (maybe a little more) but is built like a model. Just going by weight the guy should have a verry hard choice.

I think it depends on the person - height, build, and even the way they carry themselves. What's a good weight on a six-foot-tall person would look awful on me (I'm 5 feet on the nose). It's the total person who matters, even when you're only considering physical properties.
As for the jerk... er... guy at work... Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from him relationship-wise.

FAT is made up of just that..FAT CELLS. It's a certain type of cell. Plain and simple. If you eat too much and don't exercise enough to burn off the calories that you took in from eating, you'll build more FAT CELLS. To me, being too fat (for a woman) is when her lower abdomen is too big for her to wear bikinis. I like a woman with some poundage to her. Those models who look like they are refugees from Dachau are disgusting. I like women like my lady...5'2", 135#.
