Have you been on antibiotics within the last year? If so, it has messed up your intestine bacteria. You can fix that easily. Get some good yogurt at the store, without sugar, preferably organic. Eat some (a cup or two) every day for a couple of weeks. If that isn't enough, get some probiotics at the health food store, they are in the refrigerated section. I recommend you check out gutsolutions.com and see the products they have which you can purchase in the store.

It must be very exasperating for you to be experiencing this state.
If you have not had this problem before until 2 months ago, I suspect it must be something that you have been eating recently that produce this effect and the gas. Food that contain beans, and lentils do produce a lot of gas in the stomach. Also it may be you have consumed food that is not fresh and it has affected your stomach and intestines. Or it could be just a virus infection. See a doctor and he is able to prescribe medication that can wipe out this problem almost immediately. This is quite a common but unspoken ailment that happens to us sometimes.
