Okay 1 of my best friends has the flu and i think i got it from them. Last night i had a low fever, headache, this morning i stil has a low grade fever but went to school. now i feel like im gonna die plus my throat hurts. this is how he felt and he has the flu and his sister(my best friend) is feeling sick. so do u think i have the flu? also should i got to school 2moro? My parents are really strict on me going to school so how do i convince my mom i am sick enough to stay home(has to be liek more than a low grade fever)

Low fever, headache, sore throat, and general achiness sounds like a viral infection to me. This is often called the 'flu but it isn't, the real 'flu is much more serious. You should not go to school until the fever has gone for at least a day, because during that time you are contageous and can pass on the virus to anyone else who comes into contact with you.

awh i'm sick too and im missing school- have her take your temp, and just stay in bed til she comes to get you. if you have a sore throat tell her to look at it.

go to school and if it gets worse go to the office and call your parents so they can come and get you
in the morning before you go to school tell your parents that you dont feel good and you want to try to go to school so that they know you atleast tried
