my posture is not great and have frequent back aches

Okay...I've recently started taking birth control, and my chest hurts sooo bad! But this isn't a side effect on the box? I'm only 15 and this is kind of scaring me and interfiering with my every day life...but I can't stop taking it. What could be going on? Please help!

I had two servings of milk, half a slice of cheese (1 whole slice is 25% DV), a calcium supplement (40% DV), and am going to drink some hot cocoa later on tonight. Was this enough calcium or should I have taken a whole slice of cheese? I feel bad for not eating the whole thing because now I'm wondering if I'm giving myself enough nutrients.

I live with my mother in law because she needs my care. However, I need to get certified and I dont know how. I have tried looking it up on the internet but found no answers. my docs have tried several anti depression pills and anxiety pills and even anti psycotics. nothing has really helped me. I have gotten better with some of my issues but deep down there is still that cold un happy me and it is affecting my life badly. When I am on vicodin if gives energy, makes have a good sense of well being, it calms my nerves and anxiety better than any med they have ever given to me. Why can I not have what really works for ME! maybe it is not for everyone but for me it really helps. people have even commented how how much better i seemed when I was on it. what do I do. How do I go about getting this a even a drug similar that would give me the same effect?????????/ Please help I have waited 25 very tramatic years of my life to be happy and now that i have found a way to be at peace and happy. I cant have it. what do i do ???????

I have been doing some research on how to really prevent cavities and now to strengthen the enamal on teeth. Enamal is really the only protection we have from getting cavities. Enamal stops growing 2 years after the adult tooth has come in. Thus over 20 years or so your enamal become worn down and thins out. The body does not rebuild enamal as it does bone.
But great news three products on the market helps restore the mineral componets that produce enamal in teeth. Thus they harden the enamal and harded the weakened spots on the enamal. The first one is a mouthwash made by johnson & johnson called ACT manufactored by reach. The second one is Trident White sugarless Gum. The third is Armon & Hammer enamal care toothpast.
The first two you can get at Wal-Mart. I have not be able to get the Last one yeat. But i can tell you that i have already noticed a great difference in the look and feel of my teeth using the first 2.

My little one was 36 pounds at 16 months and short.He was real fat and size 6 diapers was small on him.Now he is 2yrs and 3 months old.I know that steroids can cause weight gain but can it cause weight gain in 5 days? He lost weight for no known reason(down to 29 pounds).Doctor said he is healthy with the weight loss.Always ate the same and drank the same amount of milk.He has been on steroids for 5 days and he feels much heavier and 3 pairs of his pants that fit him a week ago is skin tight on him.Can 5 days of steroids(prednisolone 5mg/5ml 3 times a day)cause rapid weight gain?

it's not the fact of me not keeping it in long enough becaues its obviously full when i take it out, but it just hurts so bad. even just pulling on the string a little bit. i just get this really intense pain. &i also know it's not the case of me putting it in wrong, because i can get it in no problem pain free.
anyone know whats wrong?

I'm female; 18
I just had my period one day before this started
I just got over a two day illness of serious diarrhea and vomiting
I am fairly healthy, not overweight, don't smoke or drink or workout

It's been going on for about three days...I feel like I have to go for so long, when I actually have to go, I can't tell. And when I go (every 15 minutes) it's only a little. Half the time, I can't make it to the bathroom in time and go all over myself(really embarrasing)

If you've had this problem or know a website that can help, please let me know! This is preventing me from completeing daily activities like driving!! Thanks!

I am 11 years old and in 6th grade. I weight 84 pounds. I have a little pot belly and i want it to go away so when i wear bathing suites the fat wont jiggle and ill have a good figure. If you have anything i can do to get to 60 pounds so ill have a nice skinny stomach and my theighs wont be jiggley anymore and they will get skinny. Please help me. I would love any advice. And i would like to get to 60 pounds by summer time.
