If you need more info:
I'm female; 18
I just had my period one day before this started
I just got over a two day illness of serious diarrhea and vomiting
I am fairly healthy, not overweight, don't smoke or drink or workout
It's been going on for about three days...I feel like I have to go for so long, when I actually have to go, I can't tell. And when I go (every 15 minutes) it's only a little. Half the time, I can't make it to the bathroom in time and go all over myself(really embarrasing)
If you've had this problem or know a website that can help, please let me know! This is preventing me from completeing daily activities like driving!! Thanks!

Hi there! I am an emergency room nurse, and we see this kind of thing all of the time. First of all, I would like you to know that only your doctor can make an educated, definitive diagonosis, because he has the ability to see things first hand, and also to run necessary tests.
You could have a few things that are going on. Most commonly, you could have a sexually transmitted disease. These usually, but not always, present with a foul odor, or a discharge that is uncommon for you.
Another option is that it could be a urinary tract infection or bladder infection. The symptoms you are describing are consistent with such a diagnosis, and you will require antibiotics to get over it. You can also drink cranberry juice, or any juice that you like, really, because it will make your urine acidic and kill the bacteria. You can also purchase a product called "AZO" over the counter that is chemically the same medicine that we prescribe for people with UTI's. IT will turn your urine orange or yellow, but it will also numb the area and make it more tolerable.
The other possibility is that you could have a kidney stone. Typically, you would feel pain in your ureters, kidneys, or simply in the lower abdomen. You might notice blood in your urine, although approximately 60 percent present without blood in the urine at all. The pain can be excruciating, and you very well may need to see your doctor in order to make sure you don't have a stone. If you do, with a simple test like a CT scan ( painless and noninvasive test) they can tell how big the stone is, where it is, and if you may need assistance in getting it to pass. If it is small enough, your best bet...assuming it is a kidney stone, is to drink lots and lots of water to stay hydrated, and it will move the stone out as you urinate. The other thing you can do is drink a big margarita! It will numb the pain, and it is also a diuretic, so it will help the stone to pass. However, if it is too big to pass, again, you will need to see your Dr. or go to the ER.
God bless!

If this were me, I would assume the illness gave me a urinary tract infection. I'd drink a lot of water, and a lot of cranberry juice, and stay close to a bathroom for a couple of days. They also sell cranberry tablets, for urinary health. If it doesn't get better, go to the doctor, you probably need antibiotics for it.
Don't let it go much longer though, it can work it's way up into your kidneys and cause a serious problem.

Sounds like you have a Urinary Tract infection which will require an antibiotic. I currently have one myself and can't seem to get rid of it. It is important that you see a doctor about it before it spreads to your kidneys and damages them. Try drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice and stay away from caffeine. There are many causes for UTI's and you should look them up on the web. Good-luck and I'm with ya girlfriend!!

Sounds like you have a UTI. Drink a lot of cranberry juice, it works wonders. You should start feeling better in a day or two. If not you should see a Dr.

You probably have a urinary tract infection. Go see your doctor.
(My first thought was that you have a swollen prostate, but since you're a chick I guess that's not it. :-) )
