anyone know whats wrong?

oh, &if it matters i use the tampax pearl. do you think maybe its the tampon? i'm almost too scared to try another brand on account of the pain. &if it also matters, when i try to pull it out not only does it hurt, but it seems like it's stuck.

I would change the tampon r using as its obviously not agreeing
with your body type and hope the change will counter-act the pain
you are enduring right now. This is not acceptable to go in fine and come out painfully.
Better yet, I'd write a letter to the company and complain, tell them your whole story & include a samle of the box with it, how
long youve been using it, and please let them know how much
pain you've endured over this product as a consumer.
Tell them how dissapointed you are and switching to a better Co.
and you just might get reimbersted a check or two. Go Girl!

What size are you using? Maybe you should try the lights, which are smaller. The supers are usually made for bigger women or women who have very heavy periods. This pain that you are feeling, is it like a burning pain? If so, sometimes this is normal. It may indicate that your vagina is swollen inside, due to your period, or that you are "dry". If the pain is too much to bear, stop using the tampons for a while and use pads. Also, you may want to check with your doctor or gynecologist.

Ignore those 2 answers, you put this in 'woman's health', which means you want answers from woman!

I was gunna suggest maybe you aren't leaving it in long enough but if it's not that, maybe you should try the slim tampons with the silk covering. Or talk to your mum or a doctor. I'm not sure if you could put some sort of lubracant on it, it might make the tampon disintergrate.

Perhaps you need to change it more frequently, before the tampon gets so swollen with fluid that it gets too large and is painful to pull out. I have never been a fan of tampons for this and other reasons.

Go to Dr. am pretty sure you have a problem... becasue it is not supposed to hurt.. may be you are allergic to them. You better find out try not using tampons for one period... if the next one hurts then visit Dr.

that has happened to me. you might need to change it more often so its not too big to take out when it swells up. it also might depend on the size tampon you are using. but since u are having no problem putting it in then it might not be that. if ur still having prob. call the dr.

Go see a doctor asap. This could be a real problem, because it shouldn't hurt!
