assuming you have a stuffy nose as well, you can try some OTC decongestants. they work to calm down your sinuses, which connects to your ears via Eustachian tubes.
you can try some decongestants like over the counter loratadine (claritin), pseudoephedrine
otherwise, you can just wait a few days, it should get better on its own. if you have pain and fever along with your ear discomfort you may need antibiotics & see your doctor.

1/2 peroxide and 1/2 white vinegar. Dip cotton ball in the mixed solution and drip into the ear. Keep your head tilted until you feel it drain inside. You will feel like it is leeking out when you lift your head but some still got in there.

keep taking a decongestant like pseudophed. also, try opening up the eustachian tube by holding your nose and increasing the pressure. act like you are trying to blow up a balloon with your nose, and you'll feel your ears start to pop.

I use claritin (loratadine)...my dr recommended it...after a few days of it my ears usually clear up...
