How fast can i lose 50-60 pounds, if i walk 3-4 miles per day, 4-5 days per week, burning anyway from 300 - 350 calories. My meals include 2 slices of whole wheat toast with egg whites/sardine for breakfast, a regular lunch, and 2 -3 slices of whole wheat toast/salad for dinner...For snacks i have lots of fruits....i drink 1 liter and more water per day....i rarely eat junk foods and drink sodas....Need your advice....desperately needs to lose the weight....

I had another tooth pulled last tuesday and it did not want to come out. It opened the "scar" from the previous extraction behind it and bled for 4 hours. Now, a week or so later, the extraction site is hard on the outside edges (the tongue side and the cheek side) but very soft and "liquidy" on the inside where the tooth was. This is very different from all my other extractions. Is there anything that I should be worried about?

She started sneezing on Thursday and Saturday night she was wheezing and could not breathe. She called 911 and she went to the hospital. She was diagnosed with very minor emphysema. She had so much mucus and could not cough it up. They gave her phenergen for nausea and she had an allergic reaction. She was in the hospital for 5 days, came home yesterday and is still out of breath a little. What does she do when she gets another cold?

I usually sleep around 11 pm (This gives me the 8 hours I need for sleep, as I have to wake up all days (school days) at 7am). But lately, I've been sleeping at 1 am, or even 2 am and I get really tired at school the next morning. This sleeping time has become a habit. I try to sleep, but I simply cannot do it, its kind of like insomnia. I dont wanna take pills or sometinhg like that. So, what are some ways I cant get a good night sleep?

I've went to the doctor, they gave me drugs and medicine which DOES NOT HELP! I use to be a smoker, so I am guess it is the Smoker's cough. But, i have quit it already.

It feels like a dry itchy feeling at the end of my throat, and also feel it sort of in my lungs? I usually cough when i laugh too hard or sing . It is just an annoying little cough that keeps coming. Is there any natural way or excersise or what so ever if anything at all I can do to cure it because it is so annoying. The doctor only gives me cough medicine, which is NO USE because it only makes me sleepy and drowsy but does not stop the cough.

Everyime I try onnew underwear it never seems to fit. No matter what the size is it seems like no underwear can fit me when I wear them it causes me to have Yeast Infections.

My husband and I had anal sex and the condom tore. Wen he came out I immediately cleaned my butt with a tissue and I went to the toilet. Some of the semen came out but along with that a light brown tissue like material came out too. So im freaking out now.

Im not quite sure of some things like, what do u mean when the semen spills into the vagina wen having anal sex? Does this happen outside the backside hole then spills into the vagina?

And im afraid of the light brown substance that came out too. Pls help me. Im freaking out.

Those willing to answer. What was the price range that you faced when you had this procedure done, and are there any circumstances where it can be covered by health insurance?

I sit in front of computer screen for 12hrs a day at work and wonder if that may negate the surgery.

I know either way it doesnt burn much, but I keep hearing that you burn more calories when you sleep than when you are just sitting down. Or lying there awake for that matter. Why is that? Either way you're idle.

My ankle is black after a fracture.its been black for months and it doesnt really seem to go away.I dont think its a bruise,cuz when i touch it, it does hurt.It's just black on the part where i broke my ankle and around my foot.im not sure what it is.could it be just dried blood inside my ankle?
