Your cramps are caused by a lack on calcium in your system . You need to get some calcium pills from the drug store and take at least 1000 Mg a day . This will eliminate the cramps. Bananas are a great sourse of potasium but will not stop cramps

Foot cramps are usually due to muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising your feet - i mean all parts of it and do it at least for 10 minutes for each foot. Cramps are also sometimes due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
