I had another tooth pulled last tuesday and it did not want to come out. It opened the "scar" from the previous extraction behind it and bled for 4 hours. Now, a week or so later, the extraction site is hard on the outside edges (the tongue side and the cheek side) but very soft and "liquidy" on the inside where the tooth was. This is very different from all my other extractions. Is there anything that I should be worried about?

I think an oral surgeon or dentist would be the person to ask, not the people here...... who you don't know........who could/would say anything.....

No. You have had two extractions. The second is going to feel different from the first. If it doesn't start feeling better in about another 3to4 days I would contact your dentist.

dont worry at all, i had 4 teeth pulled, and one of them reacted the same way...yes, i panicked like you, but my dentist said it was a natural reaction.

if you really are still worried, there is nothing wrong with giving you're dentist a call

hope this helped,
caitlin.

You should ask family or friends for advice
