Yes, I've brought a guy off this way before by playing with his prostate...but it's important to remember to use plenty of lube, put a condom over the finger and if you have a girl doing it, ask her to be careful with her fingernail.

You can stimulate the prostate by inserting a finger in the anus. This hightens sexual feeling, but doesn't normally on its own lead to ejaculation. However, if you insert a finger or a toy (dildo etc) just before ejaculation, the feeling is very intense.
Be careful when massaging the prostate - if you are rough with it, it can be more painful than pleasurable.
The prostate is just inside the rectum and toward the front of the body. It is a walnut sized gland wrapped around the urethra; not actually in the rectum. But you can feel it through the wall of the rectum.
It's helpful if the guy has had a bowel movement, and preferably an enema, before playtime!

Milking the prostate is correct but since the prostate is only about two inches up the rectum, any finger is able to reach it and rub it to bring a guy off in no time. Just remember this is his butt that was designed for an exit only and there will be a certain amount of smell involved in this procedure.

The PROSTATE is behind and beneath the anal passage wall and massaging it can bring about ejaculation. It is NOT IN the anal passage.

thats a nasty thought. if my wife stuck her finger in my butt, she'd be digging sh*t out from under her fingernail. thats after she wakes up from passing out cause of the smell. lol
