no, your sister is not fat, she is pretty. you probably are fat though. pretty girls usually have fat/ugly/mean brothers that post bikini pictures of them on the web.

No!! That is not fat at all. No need to to lose weight based on that picture.
What I suggest is toning up the muscles. Swim a bit when possible to tone up the arms and legs and get some crunches in to tone those abs but your sis fine in my opinion.

right. You will be okay.
I know what happen. Some one told her she look
fat. So she thinks she need to lose weight.

Your sister shouldn't care if 'other people' are thinking about whether or not she's fat. She should be happy and if she is honestly not satisfied with her weight and appearance then she should change it by healthy diet and exercise. However, she shouldn't base her self image on other people's opinions.
