I have lost 8kg in about 2 months by going to the gym, but now i dont seem to be losing anymore weight. I need to lose a bit mor than 20kg still. Any good methods?

I was wondering what people on heres success rate was with nicotine patches. I really want to quit smoking, my father has just been diagnosed with esophagus cancer and my grandmother with lung cancer last month, not to mention the members of my family that died from cancer. Also I wondered if anyone knew how to receive free nicotine patches in West Virginia. Please give me some encouragment here..i've smoked for 10 years now and I am only 22 I have to quit now or never!!!!!

I was assualted by someone a year ago and I contracted chlamydia I was intimate w/my b/f during the time this happened and I know that I have given it to him. How do I tell him he needs to get tested Iam so scared of the way he would react even though its not my fault. i recently found a couple of slighty reddish lines running across horizontally between my neck and chest (it looks kind of like when you sleep on your hand and when you wake up you see those little lines), are those stretch marks, i asked my mom and my sister none of them know what it is. my mom says they're wrinkles but i went in front of a mirror and tried to do every position to see if my skins ever fold that way, but it's just not possible. what could it be??

I'm considering getting Invisalign. I'm removing some spacing on my 2 main upper front teeth, completely normal.

but the dentist told me its perfectly healthy, common and normal to have very very minor spacing in between at such places like you know that "dracula" tooth and then the one more into the mouth.

is this true?

ive seen people with no spaces at all. other with the tiniest hint of the space, which i think my dentist wants to go for. i just want to make sure im getting my moneys worth when i invest with invislaign.

I'm currently studying at a cafe all night. When I have done this previously it caused me sever nausea and of course the feeling of being very cold because you are up in the middle of the night and tired. Are there ways to combat the feeling?. Is a lot of water all night a good idea?. I know that i'm not drinking any alcohol but coffee works in the same way in that it does cause dyhyration.
Anyways if anyone has any tips it would be most appreciated!

I've been smoking for like less than 6 months. Maybe at the max, 3 or 4 a day. I smoke clove cigs. I love smoking but I know I should stop before it becomes a problem. I don't feel physically addicted just mentally. I'm just wondering, from former smokers, when you quit smoking did you WANT to quit, or did you just know you SHOULD quit? Thanks.

What is the treatment for this and how it is diagnosed? X-rays were taken at the clinic; however, her pediatrician didn't see anything that was a cause for a concern; however, as a precautionary measure she referred us to an orthopedic specialist. We see the specialist next week as she isn't walking yet other than with a push toy and walks with her legs outward and an awkward waddle. Her physical therapist feels that it's just lack of tone and endurance on the left side of her body as she's been pulling up and cruising furniture favoring her right side for the past six months. My boyfriend doesn't tuch me anymore!! Before we use to do it almost every day. Now he falls asleep and he doesn't weik up. I know he has to work the next day, bu sometimes like once a week he start touching me and we do it. I feel like he loves me when we're done. Please help!!! I am at the point where I really need to get some sleep. I have de-pleated our medicine cabinets of any pain killers. I have tried all the possible drugs for Neuropathy and or RLS, like Lycria, Neurontin, Requip, I have tried vicks on my legs, muscle rubs, just about everything. I just can't get to sleep.If I finaly get to sleep with the aide of pills then I am okay, but this is an every night thing and I need some releif. I've been sick over the past few days and haven't really been able to eat or drink anything because I keep dry heaving.

When I go to vomit, I start seeing black spots. Now I see blackness whenever I get up and I feel like I'm going to pass out.

Last evening I had some numbness/tingling in my fingers.
I also feel really weak, am getting a little clumsy, can barely keep my eyes open, and have been having trouble even focusing on my keyboard.

I'm getting a little worried, but maybe I'm just a hypochondriac. Any suggestions as to what this might be?
