I've been sick over the past few days and haven't really been able to eat or drink anything because I keep dry heaving.

When I go to vomit, I start seeing black spots. Now I see blackness whenever I get up and I feel like I'm going to pass out.

Last evening I had some numbness/tingling in my fingers.
I also feel really weak, am getting a little clumsy, can barely keep my eyes open, and have been having trouble even focusing on my keyboard.

I'm getting a little worried, but maybe I'm just a hypochondriac. Any suggestions as to what this might be?

Be smart,go to the Dr.and then do what he says.Get up slow and hold on to something until the blackness is gone.
Being hypochondriac is soemthing that can also be treated. Just go get a complete work up...Get rest eat better, drink water....

Sounds like the flu.

Drink some watered down Gatorade which will help to rehydrate you.

However, if you haven't had anything in more than a day or so, I suggest you go to the doctor to get rehydrated by an I.V.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
