It could be a reaction to stress. Are you experiencing a major life change? This throws your body off, and sometimes it does things its own way. Your body is dealing with your stress this way. Once you relax and get some sleep, things should get better.

this usually happens if you don't get enough sleep, and are stressed. Just get some sleep, and it'll be ok...2-3 days
