i recently found a couple of slighty reddish lines running across horizontally between my neck and chest (it looks kind of like when you sleep on your hand and when you wake up you see those little lines), are those stretch marks, i asked my mom and my sister none of them know what it is. my mom says they're wrinkles but i went in front of a mirror and tried to do every position to see if my skins ever fold that way, but it's just not possible. what could it be??

Could be veins or stretchmarks.
or blood poisoning... ask your DR to be sure.

A few questions: do you have any sores or cuts anywhere near the red marks? Are they warm? do they look like streaks or scars? If you do have sores or cuts near the red marks or if it is warm to the touch you need to see a dr. It could be signs of infection. If they look more like scars they are probably streach marks. Is it possible that you're pregnant?
You can see really exagerrated veins in this area during early pregnancy. Normally they aren't horizontal, but you never know....... that is a very ODD area for stretch marks. If you haven't lost or gained a huge amount of weight lately, stretch marks are unlikely.
