is it true that if u smoke and then you quit that your chances of getting lung cancer increase by like 11%??????

No, there is no evidence that if you stop and start, you increase your risk.
But good for you!!! Hang in there, it'll be tough at first but the benefits are you will live much longer and will be much healthier!

quitting smoking is good 4 health at least ur lungs r healthier but in 3 days? yes with strong will u can make the difference.

no that's not true but by quitting smoking down the road u will hate to smell or to be around anyone smoking...it will make u feel sick
