very unhealthy....you really have to think about your health. theres lots of foods you can eat while dieting...actually I ate more when dieting and exercising...healthy foods that is,and a treat here and there. you can read up on healthy eating, check websites, talk to a dietitian or anyone that can give you a proper start to a healthy diet.

I am not much of a dieter, but I remember when I was a Jr. in high school I ate pretty much nothing but honey nut cheerios for almost 6 months because that was all I really craved and felt like eating. I did loose about 10 lbs. in that time spand too.
I wouldnt reccomend a 1 food diet though. you are going to get bored with the food quick which will make your diet hard to stick to.
Plus you shouldn't diet. It always fails you in the end. You have to make a lifestyle change and committ to exercising and eating only healthy foods. (well junk food is ok every now and then, but in moderatiopn) When you stop beating yourself up over what you are eating you really stop craving the stuff you want to stay away from.

Only if that one food contains all the vitamins and minerals needed daily. Otherwise, it can be fatal--remember the Cambridge Diet about 25 years ago? It did not contain potassium and several people died because of this (simply eating a banana a day would have prevented this).
Before you try something like this, be sure to consult with an expert in nutrition.

No one food can carry all your nutritional needs . So no its not good for you. Besides you would get bored after eating the same thing over and over again

No. You would not be getting enough nutrition. You need a well balanced diet low in saturated fat, sodium and sugar.
