Call me a fat tub o lard Idk. I need some mmotivation here to lose the wieght. Im not fat but im not thin. I'd like to lose 10 lbs in 2 months. can u help? and thanks.

Make a commitment to not eat fast food or drink sodas (and try to exercise every other day if you can get the motivation) for at least a week.
This seems to work for me bc a week is a short period of time and I know I can reward myself for my weeks work on the weekend. Usually, though, after going a week without the sodas and fast food I loose my cravings for them.
Try this and remember IT'S A LIFESTLYE not a diet!

If you have the will power, then commit to eating raw fruits and vegetables. These foods are high in nutrients, low in calories, and high in fiber(which will aid in digestion and the detoxification of your body). Leafy, green vegetables in particular will help you lose the weight quickest because by some definitions they are now known to be "negative calorie" foods. By this I mean that it requires more calories from your body to process the food than you receive from eating it. Don't worry about protein either. Per calorie, green vegetables have more protein in them than any meat. The more servings of this you can eat in a day, the more you'll lose just b/c of the negative calorie effect. Drink plenty of water and start taking a multivitamin. If you follow this plan, and don't cheat (eating processed foods, sweets, meats, grains, even salad dressing) then you're guranteed to lose the weight. This sounds obvious, I know, but it will take determination to follow through. Luckily, on this plan, you can easily lose 1-2 lbs. PER DAY. I lost 12 the first week. Good luck and just suck it up!

To motivate buy a cute dress in the goal size - then commit to drinking 8 8oz glasses of water a day, eat 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones (choose fruit juice and toast w/peanut butter breakfast, 1 apple for a snack, 1/2 sandwich and bowl of soup or salad for lunch, cheese and crackers for a snack, and a light supper of salad and 3 oz meat of choice. Avoid Alcohol, soda, sugar and artificial sweeteners, instead opt for plain Iced or hot tea with Honey and lemon. Artificial sweeteners are known to stimulate your appetite and sabotage the best of diets. Walk after dinner for 20 minutes (bring a buddy) and no eating after 7pm - just water or honey sweetened caffeine free tea. You should reach your goal before your date and fit the dress and any other dream clothes. Stick with the diet and keep it off permanently. Good Luck!

;) Ok, simply follow my instruction for I already done this.... Don't drink carbonated drinks, don't eat spicy, fatty and salty food as well as junk food, sweets, chocolates, ice cream, cakes and pastries, grapes, and mangoes. Eat fruits and vegetables only. No beef, pork and chicken meats, too. Try this coz I lose weight from 75 to 62 kilos in 3 months!

motivation depends on the individual them selves, useally it works better when you are in the right frame of mind when you really really want to do it. also it works really well when you have friends that you can go walking with and they can help you get thru most things as well has family if you live with your parents or are married get them to eat the same things that you are eating that way everyone gets healthy and you are not having to make so many meals at once. i hope this helps you with your wieght lose within the two month frame.

Everyone says not to weigh yourself everyday but I do. Weighing myself everyday makes me frustrated and in turn makes me more determined. I have lost 30 lbs in the last 2 1/2 months. I don't starve myself but i do watch what i eat because i think "do i really want that piece of pie to show up on the scale tomorrow?"
