Hi. I have been trying exercises to tone and lose the "junk in the trunk". It diesn't seem successful because I don't feel the "burn" in my tush, but I do feel it in my thighs which I am also trying to get rid of. Can anyone tell me some good exercises to lose the tush??
Oh, if this helps, I don't eat junk food or meat.

I tried them tonight. My sinusi's feel really clear. I opened it to find a lot of junk. I have read that it can be harmul (however after it was already done) I am not experience any bad symptoms but I can breathe a lot easier. Has anyone tried this and had any good or bad effects from it?

I have been getting massages for 25 years now and I am fairly large breasted (42D), but there are many women bigger than I am.

Anyway, I had a massage at a resort recently and the pain from lying on my breasts was unbearable.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't understand why don't they build some female friendly tables with some sort of indentations? We are not all build flat! Seems these tables were built for men.

I hope I didn't do permanent damage, I was in pain for 3 days!!

I wonder why this particular table had me in such excrutiating pain?

I am past menopause so it's not that it was before my period or anything.

Any experiences or advice on what to do or bring next time?

Tell me.When you were treated in hospital or out, if they gave you diuretics, did you totally succeed? I mean, did ALL the pitting edema in your thighs, calves,, ankles, feet, distended abdomen & painful water accumulations COMPLETELY disappear,?? did you weight retturn to normal? How long did it take for your bloodstream to re-absorb the water which leaked out of the capillaries, to begin with - to give you this painful edema? I ask since I have ZERO response to loop diuretics and others - NO EFFECT!! ONly dizzy,groggy, fevers & toxic reactions. I am alone, uninsured, terrified of hospitals & their treatment protocols for CHF (they stumble thru trial & error) They can keep me there for months while they cannot predict when the water swelling will disappear. I have ejection fraction 50%. I have both left & right severe ventricular dysfunction & severe global hypokinesis. I had MASSIVE MI after car hit me one year ago, now have major scarring in EVERY wall of my heart.

I have a knot near my spine next to my right kidney.it is about the size of a quarter. I have had it for a few weeks now but today it has been hurting. Sharp pains that come and go. I went to the dentist to take care of two teeth that have been bothering me to get fixed. I had the initial exam, and I was told I needed two root canals on the two teeth. I did not ask for a 2nd opinion, because they are in real bad shape, and that is what I thought would be the answer.

Anway, at my first appointment, they did an exam with about a ton of x-rays, and then gave me a treatment plan. The first was to take care of the tooth that was hurting me. (The dentist told me it was a root canal.) Then I would get other things.

I went in for my appt today and he worked on a different tooth. As I left, I asked to see my chart. They told me that I needed 3 root canals (one more than I was orginally told) and my bill went up almost $1000.

It will be at least a month until I can afford the copay on my insurance. AND my insurance will be maxed out during the second root canal, and it will be an extreme hard ship to pay it.

The tooth he worked on today did not hurt

I am a dental assistant and my supervisor is a nurse which is abusing me every day for so many months already by beeing abusiv, picking me up and put me down. I start taking prescribed medication for for depresion because of her. She is vulgar. Now I have no confidence in my self anymore. Can I refer to a minister of nurses? What can I do?
